Time goes by so quickly! BabelCamp, the CEE social media barcamp will take place in Brno in less than a month! We have had added some great speakers, and the registration is open! First 100 people will get on the list on “first came, first served” basis, and we will pick the rest – so make your bio stand out! We are still looking for more speakers – you can claim your place (all presentations will be in English, but you don’t have to worry if you’re not a native speaker). The capacity of the venue will be around 250 people, so we will have to choose, who will be granted a place. You have better chances being a foreign visitor (we want to connect people all over the region), social media professional or your ‘about me’ sounds cool! You will have the chance to hear about social media from many different angles. Statistics, research, marketing, customer care, tools, case studies… Social media usage in newspaper? How NGOs use social media? Where to study if you want to learn about social media? All of this and more. I am also happy to announce a sponsor that is connected to my professional history: it was mBank, where I got the opportunity to grow and I’m happy that mBank will present its project ‘new mBank‘ that shows social media not just as a marketing or a customer care channel, but as a part of the product.
We’re still looking for sponsors to make sure it will be a great event – and we have some more surprises (and speakers) still to announce. Slowly but surely we will be unveiling also the exact program including topics.
